Phillip Kane and Rayford Ellis meet in the army, where they're involved in a drug smuggling operation. Rayford double-crosses’ Phillip, steals his money, and leaves him for dead in the back streets of Hong Kong. Phillip recovers and plots his revenge on Rayford.
