Global warming is a threat to mankind and so is terrorism. Newly elected President Antonio Sanchez Martinez orders the formation of the Black Liberation force, the BLF, led by Colonel Marshall Emery. Their mission is to confront and stop the Islamic Rashidun Army, the IRA.
The IRA unleashes savage attacks on America and England, resulting in retaliation by the BLF As a result, the master mind of the blood thirsty IRA, Abdullah Kasim,  comes to power. He makes a deal with the US Vice-President for world domination! From the attempted assassination of President Martinez to the attack on the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline, the BLF closes in on the IRA, as America is under siege!
