Tim Charity, aka T. O'Neil Charity, writes African American fiction. He has written nineteen  (19) novels, ten (10) short stories and five screenplays. His latest novel Family Honor 5: Black Lazarus, was released in December 2024.

​His debut novel was Family Honor-The Seed (2014), the first book of the Family Honor series. He followed the Family Honor series with Hazelton in April 2020, The Absalom Covenant in September 2020, and Sanctioned in December 2020. In 2021, he introduced The Ebony Don series following the rise of Angelo De Luca, son of Salvatore De Luca, to Mafia dominance. The Ebony Don-1: The Beginning was released in March 2021, The Ebony Don-2: The Anointing was released in June 2021, and The Ebony Don-3: The Scepter was released in December 2021. In 2022, he presented Preacher Man in April 2022, Mississippi Sam in July 2022, and Conspiracy of Terror in November 2022. In 2023, The Abasi Bloodline Book 1: The Quest For Freedom was released in April, The Abasi Bloodline Book 2: The Legacy was released in July 2023, and  A Gangsta's Repentance was released in December 2023. Starting in 2024, The Charleston Affair was released in February, followed by Ellington's Betrayal in May 2024.

Tim has earned a BA and MBA in Business Administration from Argosy University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. He is a public speaker, earning his ATM in Toastmasters. Tim is a US Navy veteran, residing in Los Angeles, CA.
